Known ROSS Issues
Due to our server move, some customers have had difficulty logging in. This is due to a DNS propagation delay. To fix this, reboot your internet connection (modem and router if applicable) and then your computer. If this does not rectify the situation, please install our temporary beta here :https://s3.amazonaws.com/ncs_ross/ROSS_setup7.exe
When logging in and out of ROSS, some people are experiencing an “invalid token” message. If you receive this, close ROSS completely, open it and log in again.
